One of the most renowned two-wheeler company of India TVS Motors has officially launched the BS6 compliant RADEON motorbike for Indian bike enthusiasts.It is one of the most affordable 110cc bikes on sale in India.It is available in 3 categories – 1)Base Edition – Drum
2)Commuter Bike of the Year (Special Edition) –Disc
3) Commuter Bike of the Year (Special Edition) – Drum.
Base Edition is available in 6 colours- Pearl White,Metal Black,Golden Beige,Royal Purple,Volcano Red and Titanium Grey. Commuter Bike of the Year Edition has a bit more chrome work on it and is available in 2 colours-Chrome Black and Chrome Brown.
Following BS6 update,price of bike has increased by an amount between Rs 6632 to Rs 8632.
BS6 version of the bike is available with same 109.7cc air cooled engine and Ecothrust Fuel Injection technology.The updated engine produce power of 8.08bhp and 8.7Nm torque.With the latest technological changes,company claims mileage of bike has improved by 15%.
There is no major cosmetic change in the bike outlook,though company has offered Tank Grip which adds a impressive sturdy look to the bike.Company has also offered Side Stand Indicator with beeper,LED DRLs and a USB Charging port.Keeping in view the safety of rider,company has introduced Synchronized Braking Technology(SBT) for effective, stable and confident braking.
